For 8 years in Montreal, the Fed Group has brought together 12 specialized recruitment firms and two other brands dedicated to interim management and recruiter delegation. Each firm is independent and exclusively dedicated to its family of professions or sector of activity.

Your tasks, with the support of a Team Leader, will be :
- Develop your own customer portfolio. Like an entrepreneur, you'll manage your entire commercial relationship, from prospecting to appointments, from negotiation to retention;
- Position yourself as a solution provider for your candidates and customers: as an expert in your field, you'll be able to advise them on the best way to carry out their recruitment assignments.
- Put a smile on the faces of our candidates and customers after meeting their respective expectations;
- Sourcing and talking to candidates specialized in your field to understand their search and position them with our customers ;

The Profile we are looking for :
- University degree, BAC in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong taste for challenge and constantly surpassing oneself
