As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and strategic Director of Product Marketing to join our dynamic team and lead our product marketing team and efforts.
Reporting to the CMO, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in SaaS product marketing, exceptional leadership skills, expertise in driving product launch excellence and developing robust sales enablement strategies to support our sales teams.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Leading the creation and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
Driving product launch excellence by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring all launch activities are executed flawlessly.
Partnering with sales teams to develop and deliver training, tools, and collateral that empower them to effectively sell and position Rewind’s products.
Crafting clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Rewind in the market.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Utilizing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches and marketing initiatives.
Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts as well as marketplace listings, website product pages and our knowledgebase.
Monitoring and analyzing product campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
Leading and mentoring the Product Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their professional goals.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing activities and regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership. Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
We are looking for candidates that have at least 7 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
You come from a tech software company, ideally in the security space.
You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Results-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
