You Are:

As an ideal candidate, you are an adaptable, passionate, and resourceful Project Engineering Manager with a reputation for “getting the job done.” You are autonomous, creative, and committed to achieving high-quality results in a team environment. You possess a deep understanding of integrated circuit design and design verification, coupled with substantial experience in digital design and verification. You are proficient in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to delivery, all while navigating the complexities of risk and change management. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with different design groups and customer support teams. You are comfortable using tools in a Linux environment and have a knack for scripting in Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL. Above all, you are passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to the cutting-edge technologies that power the Era of Smart Everything.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams.
  • Identifying necessary resources to achieve timely deliverables and escalating issues as needed.
  • Driving problem resolution through fact-based judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Managing risk and change from conception to delivery, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Defining, promoting, implementing, and improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices.
  • Collaborating closely with different design groups and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

  • Enhancing the capabilities of our Silicon IP business by integrating more functionalities into SoCs swiftly and efficiently.
  • Contributing to the development of technologies that drive innovations in self-driving cars, AI, the cloud, 5G, and IoT.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital components for Mixed-Signal semiconductor Intellectual Property (MSIP).
  • Improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering processes and practices.
  • Facilitating seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Reducing risk and accelerating time-to-market for differentiated products by managing resources and resolving issues promptly.


What You’ll Need:
  • MSEE or BSEE (or equivalent) degree plus a minimum of 5 years of digital design and verification experience in the industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated circuit design and design verification.
  • Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs and knowledge of digital design methodologies, ATE production testing, DFT insertion, synthesis constraints, and flows.
  • Scripting experience in Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction between different design groups and customer support teams.
  • Proficiency in navigating, manipulating files, and using tools in a Linux environment.
