Job Description:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, responding to inquiries and emails, ensuring every experience with us ends on a positive note. If you're a self-starter committed to helping others succeed and eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide friendly, timely, and efficient customer support via email, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on our product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution and results-oriented, with the ability to handle conflicts tactfully and promptly. A dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
Not Required, But a Plus:
- Bilingualism.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias.
- Previous experience in a high-volume company, particularly during peak seasons.
