Job Description:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, responding to inquiries and emails, ensuring every experience with us ends on a positive note. If you're a self-starter committed to helping others succeed and eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide friendly, timely, and efficient customer support via email, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
  • Order Assistance: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on our product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution and results-oriented, with the ability to handle conflicts tactfully and promptly. A dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company


Not Required, But a Plus:

  • Bilingualism.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume company, particularly during peak seasons.
