Le rôle:

Notre équipe de vente au détail recherche un Superviseur à temps partiel pour se joindre à notre équipe JD Sports au CF Promenades St-Bruno à Montréal Venez rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance rapide chez JD Sports Canada. Les principales responsabilités incluent offrir une excellente expérience client, favoriser la croissance et le développement de l'équipe. Plus important encore, vous assurerez l'excellence opérationnelle en effectuant des tâches de gestion telles que la planification des horaires, la gestion des stocks et/ou l'évaluation de la performance des employés.

Principales tâches/responsabilités:

  • Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client en ayant une connaissance approfondie de tous les produits offerts.
  • Former et développer une équipe axée sur la fourniture d'expériences exceptionnelles à notre communauté grâce au coaching et aux feedbacks.
  • Générer des résultats commerciaux et atteindre les principaux indicateurs de performance.
  • Répondre aux attentes en matière de ventes, d'expérience client, de marchandisage, de présentation visuelle et d'opérations.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire entre les clients, les associés de vente et la direction du magasin.
  • Capacité à apprendre et à partager une expertise sur les produits et les tendances pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie de tous les produits et des produits/tendances actuels ou à venir.
  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et inclusif.
  • Soutenir les initiatives clés en partenariat avec le directeur de magasin.
  • Adopter une approche proactive pour développer l'entreprise à travers la sensibilisation communautaire.
  • Placer la culture au premier plan dans tout ce que vous faites, avec un engagement envers la croissance personnelle et la conscience de soi.
  • Offrir des expériences exceptionnelles à 100% du temps, en partageant nos produits incroyables avec notre communauté.

Compétences/expérience/connaissances nécessaires:

  • Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de la vente au détail.
  • Passionné et bien informé sur la culture streetwear et sneaker.
  • Expérience dans la supervision, la formation et le coaching des associés de vente.
  • Confiance et confort pour engager les clients afin de leur offrir une expérience supérieure.
  • Motivé pour obtenir d'excellents résultats grâce à l'enthousiasme suscité par l'interaction avec les clients et les produits sportifs.
  • Solides compétences cognitives et mathématiques, y compris l'analyse des problèmes, la prise de décision et l'analyse financière.
  • Ressourceux et polyvalent pour répondre aux exigences et opportunités changeantes dans un environnement de vente au détail omnicanal en rapide évolution.
  • Haut niveau d'éthique, de valeurs, d'intégrité et de confiance.
  • Disponibilité flexible, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
