What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Proactively establish contact with customers to retain mortgage business
- Manage assigned renewal leads by assessing customer financial needs, presenting retention offers, and making recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage product knowledge
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry or related field
- Post-secondary degree in business/finance or related field
- Expert knowledge using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and E-Signature
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience leading virtual advice discussions and assisting customers in navigating virtual meetings
