Cardiology Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Specialist to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a Cardiology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the advancement of our cardiology department.

About the Role
  • Provide expert cardiology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases
  • Collaborate with other specialists and emergency doctors to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in daily cage side rounds and contribute to the development of the cardiology department
  • Provide mentoring, training, and CE for interns, students, and support staff
  • Attend CE to remain current in new procedures/treatment options

We offer referral services in surgery, internal medicine, neurology, critical care, and diagnostic imaging. Our ER doctors provide 24/7 emergency care, and our ICU is staffed 365 days/year by board-certified critical care specialists. Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with MRI and CT, a mechanical ventilator, and extensive anesthesia monitoring capability.
