About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and security.
  2. Oversee the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  3. Utilize extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune to manage and secure endpoints.
  4. Optimize the performance and reliability of applications hosted on Azure and other cloud platforms.
  5. Leverage experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platforms.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and guidance.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure.
  8. Assist with virtualization technologies and cloud-based workloads across Azure.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 technical issues related to cloud and on-premises environments.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in M365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing M365 and Azure Cloud environments.
  3. Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  4. Proven ability to manage SaaS applications and backup solutions effectively.
  5. Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Teams/VoIP.
  6. Proficiency with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  7. Experience with scripting (preferably PowerShell) for automation.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  9. Proven problem-solving skills for complex IT challenges.
