Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at M Rentals located in Montréal, QC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, and executive administrative assistance. This role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
