Role Overview:


The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing and coordinating detailed implementation projects, ensuring that client requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated effectively into actionable tasks for technical teams. The role demands someone who excels at both granular detail and effective communication, enabling smooth collaboration between client stakeholders and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to capture detailed requirements.
  • Coordinate the creation of project effort estimates
  • Break down high-level client objectives into precise, actionable tasks.

Implementation Oversight:

  • Plan, track, and manage the implementation process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure team adherence to project scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and detailed design sessions to capture workflows and processes.

Process Management:

  • Oversee the creation of detailed project documentation, including process flows and technical designs.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively resolve them to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end project implementation, particularly in process automation or RPA-related projects.

Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to capture and document complex requirements accurately.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Familiarity with technical workflows, team dynamics, and software implementation processes.
  • Experience working with technical tools and platforms related to RPA, process automation, or workflow design is a plus.
