You act as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams in business and technology projects for the Digital sector.

Your job
- Analyze the data needs of stakeholders, understand strategic issues and propose solutions that respect the bank's guiding principles.
- Use in-depth data analytics to make and defend arguments when making strategic decisions.
- Regularly present data-driven insights in stakeholder meetings to influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, IT, UX, business intelligence teams to analyze and optimize the performance of digital platforms and campaigns.
- Perform high-level, detailed impact analyses from all angles with the help of specialists.
- Make proposals for the change management strategy to frame self-serve in order to develop the use of data.
- Effectively document and communicate analyses and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Prerequisite
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in using data to argue and convince in a professional context.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business implications of data to a variety of audiences, including non-specialists.
- Business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem.
- Experience in business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement.
- Experience in using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI.
