Kelly’s customer, a tool manufacturing company in Mississauga, ON, are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative, for their Small Parts Department.

3 months contract to begin


RESPONSIBIITIES:

  • Address any quotes parts requests via email and phone
  • Promptly respond to customer and sales requests
  • Provide quotes for the service team, ensuring accuracy
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Accurately enter information to ERP database, SAP
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using a variety of software, CRM and ERP platforms
  • Able to follow SOP's
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Team player who learns and adapts quickly

PERKS:


  • Temporary position approximately 3 months with potential to go longer
  • Work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Pay rate is $19.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly
