We’re a team of digital strategists, engineers, designers, and business analysts, but we’re also brainstormers, big thinkers and dreamers who are driven by potential. Our unique value proposition isn’t in what we do, but how we do it. Our commitment to open collaboration, trust and transparency allows us to continue to build products that go beyond the transactional to meaningfully impact people’s lives, offer a deeper interaction, and elevate how your business or service is experienced as a whole.

Founded by technology visionaries, we have over a decade plus of experience working with companies of all shapes and sizes. We have an HQ in Seattle, but we’re a globally remote team. • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage high value budgets, tracking financials, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling costs.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work-back schedules, sprint boards, and timelines to track milestones and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication, expectation alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Agile & Sprint Management: Lead Agile processes and sprint planning, ensuring best practices in project execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal design, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital, software, or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver high value projects with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, sprint management, and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheets, etc…)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate scope items into actionable engineering tasks.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

ASMBL Values

Having an Impact: We work to make life better than we found it.
