As the Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight and practices of project delivery for all our engineering projects in the Atlantic Region.
  • Direct supervision and support for Project Managers who oversee the planning, design, and construction of new communities.
  • Leading and/or independently preparing design reports in support of potential land development projects.
  • Liaising with clients, agencies, and others to obtain approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer or Certified Civil Engineering Technologist in one or more of the Atlantic Provinces.
  • 10 years' experience in land development engineering.
