System Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for a System Quality Assurance Technician, reporting to the System Quality Assurance Team Leader, to help us improve our quality system. In this role, you will have an impact on the definition of our quality strategy.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Analyze non-compliance data and construction of dashboards.
  • Monitor the corrective action database (DMAIC) and organize follow-up meetings with engineering, industrial engineering, assembly, etc.
  • Create the PFMEA Alive plan.
  • Ensure quality in IE workshops.
  • Contribute to building the inspection and audit plan.
  • Carry out quality improvement projects.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or mechanical engineering (if applicable), as well as sufficient experience in quality.
  • Software skills: Excel, Access, Word and SAP.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (Continuous Improvement, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), SPC, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • The ability to communicate in English in simple, routine situations (3/5).
