Job DescriptionIn response to strategic growth, we are currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager specializing in Site Plan Projects for our Toronto office.
Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening public places that bring people together.

We work with our clients around the world to create, support, and enhance smart, safe and sustainable places where people live, work, learn and thrive. Places impact on the quality of people’s lives. Whether new homes, shops, workplaces, schools and hospitals, manufacturing, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.
Responsibilities- Complete and review proposals, change orders
- Guide projects from start to finish, including due diligence, conceptual design, and detailed design
- Provide technical direction, design review, and detailed design on multiple simultaneous land development files with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projects
- Lead and/or independently prepare Functional Servicing reports in support of potential land development projects
- Liaise with clients, agencies, and others to obtain approvals
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists
- Ensure that the clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Undertake business development activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the cross-selling of other practice areas, including preparing fee proposals
- Manage the financial aspects of your projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Experience working on Land Development projects in the GTA
- Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities
- Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects
- Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma
