Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Mississauga – Hybrid – 3 days/week

Term: Long term contract plus extension


Experience

• Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile.

• Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI or other emerging technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight evolving timelines and multiple priorities.

• Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes which must be adhered to.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management at all levels within the organization.

• Demonstrated partnership with supporting functions (compliance, finance, regulatory risk, etc.).

• 10+ years’ experience in change management for large multi-national organization (preferred).

• Investment banking background useful.

• Technical experience with JIRA and Confluence useful.

• Ability to dive into detail and solve complex problems.

• Able to work efficiently with virtual teams.
