Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales & Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager is responsible for the leasing and maintenance of the rental suites to maintain optimal occupancy levels in the retirement community. Additionally, the Leasing Manager is accountable for introducing potential residents to the home and fostering relationships in the surrounding regional community. The General Manager also utilizes the Leasing Manager to assist with other business-related tasks.

What You Will Do

  1. Drive occupancy and meet or exceed established sales goals
  2. Manage leads and telephone inquiries from prospective families
  3. Schedule personal visits, provide information, and follow up with visits and conversations
  4. Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and families
  5. Build and maintain partnerships within the community through sales and community outreach plans
  6. Maintain leads, community influencers, and deposits on the web-based lead management system
  7. Maintain budget and expenses
  8. Participate as a member of the service team leaders and provide support to other team members
  9. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Or Skills Required

  1. Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  2. Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills
  3. Experience in sales and/or marketing with a strong focus on customer service
  4. Empathetic and caring with relationship-building skills
  5. Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities
  6. Class G/Class 5 driver’s license with clear driver’s abstract and access to a vehicle (Applicable to Ontario/Alberta)
  7. Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  8. Strong computer skills including experience with a customer management database
  9. Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
  10. Self-directed and motivated management team player
  11. Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
