What will you be responsible for?
- Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.
- Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients to build trust. Deliver outstanding customer service.

Quelles seront tes responsabilités?

- Évaluation des performances: Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels.
