What will you be responsible for?

  1. Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.

Quelles seront tes responsabilités?

  4. Évaluation des performances: Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels.
  5. Documentation: Tenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et ajouter des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM.
  6. Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service client pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe. Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies pour accroître la fidélisation des clients et la satisfaction globale.
  7. Développement de carrière: Réussir tes examens de courtier (AMF et RIBO) au cours de ta première année avec nous.

  1. Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle.
