Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON.


Equipment Required

You will be expected to have your own laptop to perform the work. A laptop will not be provided.


Key Tasks

  • Assist in defining and guiding the implementation of the OpenText Extended ECM configuration for records and information management/information governance functional requirements and capability (the information architecture)
  • Provide expertise for validation testing activities including test plan development, production qualification and user acceptance testing (UAT), as required
  • Support training and knowledge transfer, including configuration documentation, for the RIM team on Extended ECM management and use
  • Support migration planning and execution of content from the legacy ECM (Documentum). In particular: physical objects, electronic records, and their associated metadata
  • Ensure the initiative stays on-track to completion through timely and regular follow-up with project stakeholders


Key Qualifications

  • Expertise with OpenText Extended ECM implementation including, but not limited to the following:
  • Content Server (e.g. Records Management, Physical Objects, Business Workspaces, Workflow, and WebReports for report development)
  • Core Archive
  • OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
  • Intelligent Viewing
  • PowerDocs
  • Solution integration for Microsoft Office online (including SharePoint)
  • Solution integration with SAP (including SuccessFactors)
  • 5-10 years of recent experience supporting implementation of OpenText ECM solutions, including cloud implementations
  • Experience with change management as it relates to user experience and adoption, and customer service management
