Showcasing collections from prestigious brands such as Fendi Casa, Versace Home, Dolce & Gabbana Casa, and Bentley Home, Maison Territo is a unique and exclusive destination for interior design.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand in the showroom. You’ll engage customers with a warm, knowledgeable approach to help them discover the best options for their needs. This role combines your passion for customer service with your keen eye for interior design, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations that align with their taste and budget.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our furniture collections, materials, and customization options.
- Collaborate with clients to create design solutions and product combinations tailored to their space.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions, manage orders, and assist with showroom display maintenance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and our new product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in furniture or home decor, is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for design and an understanding of spatial planning.
- Goal-driven, with a proactive approach to learning and personal development.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (a third language is a plus).

En tant qu'Associé(e) de Vente, vous serez l’ambassadeur(drice) de notre marque au sein du showroom. Vous accueillerez les clients avec une approche chaleureuse et professionnelle, en les aidant à découvrir les meilleures options en fonction de leurs besoins. Ce rôle allie votre passion pour le service client à votre sensibilité pour le design d’intérieur, vous permettant de créer des relations durables avec les clients et d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle en magasin.
Responsabilités principales :
- Accueillir et accompagner les clients en leur offrant des recommandations personnalisées, adaptées à leurs goûts et à leur budget.
- Démontrer une connaissance approfondie de nos collections de meubles, des matériaux et des options de personnalisation.
- Collaborer avec les clients pour créer des solutions de design et des combinaisons de produits sur mesure, en fonction de leur espace.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
- Traiter les transactions, gérer les commandes et aider au maintien des présentations en showroom.
- Rester informé(e) des tendances du secteur et des nouvelles offres de produits.
Qualifications :
- Expérience préalable dans la vente au détail, particulièrement dans le domaine du meuble ou de la décoration intérieure, est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
- Sens du détail, avec une passion pour le design et une compréhension de l’aménagement spatial.
- Motivé(e) par les objectifs, avec une approche proactive de l’apprentissage et du développement personnel.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement dans les deux langues officielles (troisième langue atout)
