Description

  1. Menu Development: Design and curate seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and align with the restaurant's theme and brand.
  2. Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and timely service.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  4. Cost Control: Manage food costs, inventory, and waste, ensuring the kitchen operates within budget.
  5. Health & Safety: Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  6. Guest Satisfaction: Engage with guests and staff to maintain and exceed customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  3. Excellent record of kitchen management, including inventory control, staff training, and team collaboration.
  4. Ability to develop creative and appealing menu items that cater to a variety of tastes.
  5. Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  6. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
