The Bartender will play an active role in the FOH and will assist the bar team in both preparation for and executing services. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for food and mixology
Assist the bar manager in the day-to-day operations of bar team
· Developing of seasonal and new cocktails
· Maintaining a high level of drink quality in accordance with company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
· Carrying out accurate end-of-night procedures and duties
· Communicating regularly and effectively with the Restaurant Director and Head Chef
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff, in compliance to all local and provincial health guidelines
· Hours and shifts may vary according to business levels. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and Holidays is required.
· Work is performed in a fast-past restaurant/bar environment
1+ years of bartending experience in a professional full-service restaurant/bar environment
· Strong knowledge of food, craft beer, cocktails
· Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
