Le représentant(e) commercial est responsable de la vente d'équipements neufs aux clients existants au sein d'un territoire défini. Le représentant commercial vend des équipements de manutention du matériel et d'autres produits ou services.

Nous sommes à la recherche de deux représentant (es) commerciaux pour rejoindre notre équipe

Les territoires disponibles sont:

Ouest de Montréal

Rive-Sud de Montréal

Une journée typique

  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés par l'entreprise.
  • Communiquer avec les clients pour tout besoin d'équipement neuf de catégories 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5 de la marque Toyota.
  • Mener des activités de sollicitation auprès de clients potentiels au sein du territoire.
  • Agir comme agent de service à la clientèle, ce qui inclut faire le suivi auprès des clients pour résoudre des problèmes liés à la facturation, aux produits ou aux services.
  • Préparer et présenter des soumissions et recommander des produits, ou des services en fonction des besoins des clients.
  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports d'appels et des rapports de ventes mensuels, selon les besoins.
  • Créer et maintenir régulièrement l'activité des ventes dans l'outil CRM.
  • Maintenir une visibilité ou couverture adéquate sur le territoire défini et élaborer des rapports à cet effet, au besoin (rapport sur les commandes perdues).

Scolarité et expérience professionnelle

Études postsecondaires ou l'équivalent, ou un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente d'équipements industriels.

Une expérience dans le domaine des chariots élévateurs serait un atout.

Compétences et aptitudes

  • Aptitude éprouvée à la vente.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (écrites et verbales).
  • Techniques de négociation sophistiquées.
  • Capacité à établir un rapport avec les clients, à présenter des informations et à répondre à des questions de manière efficace.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes pratiques et à prendre en considération plusieurs types de variables.
  • Habiletés organisationnelles en matière de communication et de discussions en cours, afin de faire le suivi et à des fins de tenue des comptes.
  • Capacité à proposer des solutions créatives pour répondre aux exigences uniques du client et de Liftow.
  • Capacité d'établir et de maintenir des activités au sein du territoire au moyen de divers moyens de communication : appels téléphoniques, courriels, télécopies et brochures publicitaires envoyées par la poste, tout en fixant des objectifs de croissance à court et long terme.
  • Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de la direction, ainsi qu'avec le personnel du client, que ce soit le président ou la réceptionniste.

Conditions de travail

Ce poste exige une capacité de déplacement aux sites des clients quotidiennement; le candidat est requis de détenir un permis de conduire valide.

Exigences physiques

Les exigences physiques décrites ici sont celles auxquelles un employé doit répondre afin d'accomplir avec succès les fonctions essentielles de ce poste.

Lors de l'exécution des fonctions de ce poste, l'employé est régulièrement appelé à s'asseoir, se tenir debout, marcher, parler et écouter. L'employé doit détenir un permis de conduire valide et un moyen de transport fiable pour rendre visite aux clients.

Ce poste offre un salaire de base, trois mois de commission garanties, allocation de voiture et carte d'essence. Le revenu potentiel total se situe entre 80 000 et 120 000 dollars par an.
