Summary

We are seeking an Electronics Technician - Petroleum Payment Systems to join our growing team. We specialize in the maintenance and repair of petroleum equipment, electrical, fuel management systems for retail petroleum stations, large-scale industrial manufacturing plants, utility providers, transit services, and public works yards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. On the job technical learning.
  2. Shadow accredited technicians to support: Service and maintenance of petroleum equipment, systems, and accessories essential to site operations.
  3. Repair and maintain leak detection systems.
  4. Build hours towards petroleum technician accreditation (PMH).
  5. Parts delivery to jobsites as required.
  6. Management and housekeeping of shop and warehouse.
  7. Second man/helper duties on service calls under supervision of lead technician.
  8. Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner always.
  9. Develop independent judgment in solving unusual work problems.
  10. Develop strong, trustworthy, and lasting relationships with our clients.
  11. Develop understanding of and ability to complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
  13. Possess the physical and mental capabilities to manage multiple tasks at a time.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Mechanically inclined, with an affinity for solving mechanical problems.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract and Valid Driver’s License.
  • Enjoy both working alongside a team and operating independently.

Additional Assets: Bilingual (English/French)

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $24 - $30 per hour. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, and performance related to this role.
