Front of House Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily front of house operations
  2. Manage and train staff on customer service standards
  3. Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards
  4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  7. Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures

Skills

  1. Experience in hotel or restaurant management
  2. Knowledge of food industry practices and standards
  3. Strong team management and leadership skills
  4. Proficiency in POS systems
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
  7. Familiarity with bartending and food handling procedures
