Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions development and review: Translate BCI’s IAM requirements into a conceptual design and diagramming that can be applied to support the Web Portal solution

Architectural Evaluation: of the proposed web portal focusing on integration with existing Security tools and processes, automation, scalability, and integration with existing internal and external identity directories

Security Risk Mapping: Taking the results of the Architectural Evaluation, map the security risks to remediations or mitigating controls, leveraging existing security tools and process as a priority but proposing any required tools or new process to address emergent risks.

Cost and Maintenance Analysis: Estimate the costs associated with implementation and maintenance of the proposed design, including security monitoring and incident response.

Proposed solution design – an architectural document outlining the data flows, automations, integrations, controls, and assets.

Security Risk report – assessing the specific risks with the proposed design as well as mapping those risks to potential or existing controls.

Cost estimate analysis report – for both implementation and sustainment cost, considering existing investments, expanding licensing, capital expenditures and staff or service costs.

Candidate Minimum Qualifications


Experience in cost estimation for both implementation and sustainment.

Commitment to compliance and best practices.

Proven experience in similar projects, with references or case studies to demonstrate evaluation and design of similar solutions

Must have


Demonstrated Expertise in Cloud Security Architecture, Identity and Access Management design and implementation, Security strategy development, Web Application Security

Deep understanding of IAM systems, IAM automation, IAM security, integration of IAM systems with security stacks

Familiarity with best in breed security solutions for all relevant security domains

Strong knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and threat modeling specific to web applications

Cross-Disciplinary expertise in order to collaborate well with internal teams both technical and business focused, as well as ensure proper understanding of the overall organizational directives and strategies.

Experience in cost estimation for both implementation and sustainment.

Commitment to compliance and best practices.

Proven experience in similar projects, with references or case studies to demonstrate evaluation and design of similar solutions.
