The person in this role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels.

You will

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, in line with business objectives, across online and offline channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track performance against KPIs.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives across all channels, emphasizing commitment to quality.
  • Develop engaging content marketing initiatives, influencer and social media campaigns, to build brand authority and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Work with the Head of Growth to ensure the DTC customer journey (Meta + Google, Shopify + Amazon) is consistent with brand messaging.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute strategies to secure new retail partnerships, manage existing relationships, and drive in-store visibility and sales.
  • Explore and implement creative offline marketing initiatives, such as events, sampling activations, and strategic partnerships, to reach new customer segments.

You'll have

  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling challenger brands, with a focus on organic growth strategies.
  • Ability to achieve significant results with creative, cost-effective marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience executing, successful campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing, with a strong understanding of key metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing and motivating high-performing marketing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Salary: £70,000
Logistics: Hybrid with 1-2 days/week in Stroud
