Le gestionnaire de compte majeur dans le secteur de la vente au détail est responsable de la gestion des comptes clés, de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilité. Il travaille sous la direction du directeur des ventes au détail et du responsable de l’unité commerciale pour optimiser les opportunités commerciales et assurer le suivi des performances des comptes. Ses responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des appels d'offres : Être le point de contact principal pour les clients et coordonner les appels d’offres.
- Stimuler la croissance : Identifier et développer des opportunités commerciales avec les clients et fournisseurs.
- Gestion de projet : Lancer et coordonner des projets, en particulier pour le lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Suivi des performances : Analyser les rapports mensuels et recommander des actions pour améliorer la rentabilité.
- Responsabilité financière : Suivre les profits et pertes des comptes, identifier des leviers d'amélioration.
- Leadership commercial : Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles pour résoudre les problèmes et atteindre les objectifs des comptes.
Qualités recherchées :
- Esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à négocier, organisation et gestion de projets.
- Leadership pour coordonner des équipes, communication claire et gestion proactive des problèmes.
Qualifications :
- Licence universitaire
- plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes, idéalement dans l’industrie alimentaire.
- une expérience en gestion de projets est un plus.
Ce rôle nécessite une forte capacité d’analyse, un leadership solide, et une excellente gestion des relations clients pour maximiser la rentabilité tout en répondant aux objectifs stratégiques.
Comme ce poste requiert de fréquentes interactions avec des fournisseurs internationaux, l’anglais est nécessaire et sera utilisé quotidiennement à un niveau avancé.
Le candidat doit être détenteur d'un permis de travail valide pour travailler au Canada.

The Key Account Manager in Retail is responsible for key account management, sales growth and profitability. He/she works under the direction of the Retail Sales Director and Business Unit Manager to optimize sales opportunities and monitor account performance. Responsibilities include:
Tender management: Be the main point of contact for customers and coordinate tenders.
Stimulating growth: Identify and develop business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
Project management: Initiate and coordinate projects, particularly for new product launches.
Performance monitoring: Analyze monthly reports and recommend actions to improve profitability.
Financial responsibility: Monitor profit and loss accounts, identify levers for improvement.
Sales leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve account objectives.
Desired qualities:
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to negotiate, organization and project management.
Leadership to coordinate teams, clear communication and proactive problem management.
Qualifications:
University degree, 5+ years account management experience, ideally in the food industry.
Project management experience is a plus.
This role requires strong analytical skills, solid leadership, and excellent customer relationship management to maximize profitability while meeting strategic objectives.
As this position requires frequent interaction with international suppliers, English is necessary and will be used daily at an advanced level.
Candidates must hold a valid work permit to work in Canada.
