We are looking for an experienced PriceFX Pricing Implementation Lead to oversee and drive the successful implementation of PriceFX pricing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, software implementation, and project management. You will be responsible for leading a team through the entire implementation process, ensuring that client requirements are met, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of PriceFX pricing solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their pricing needs, define project scope, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and configure PriceFX solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of consultants, developers, and analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of PriceFX modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage the testing process, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets client expectations and operates smoothly.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new pricing system.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implementation process and the PriceFX platform.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pricing strategy, software implementation, or related roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with PriceFX.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PriceFX modules, configuration, and integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading complex implementation projects, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring a team of technical and functional professionals.
- Familiarity with other pricing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
