MS Dynamics and Power Platform Programmer


Our public sector client is driving a digital transformation initiative and seeks an experienced MS Dynamics/Power Platform Programmer (SME) to play a pivotal role. As the client moves towards integrating cloud-based services and modernizing its application portfolio, we need a skilled professional to configure, develop, and support MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.


Type: Contract (Remote)

Duration: Until March 2025, with options to renew

Security Requirement: Must possess a valid Secret Federal Security Clearance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Development: Configure and develop MS Dynamics solutions following best practices and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Produce high-level functional and technical specifications, detailed design documents, deployment procedures, source code, and database schemas.
  • Prototyping & Application Development: Develop prototypes and applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Client Interaction: Interface with the client to determine system needs, document current and proposed business processes, and advise on solutions and their impacts.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements for Dynamics and Power Platform adoption from stakeholders.
  • Consulting: Provide consulting and advisory services on PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services and tools, including Microsoft M365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
  • Support & Maintenance: Participate in ongoing application maintenance and support, and assist in the Power Platform Centre of Excellence.
  • Governance & Compliance: Support the implementation of controls and configurations to meet compliance requirements and report on client readiness.


Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 10 years of programming experience.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development.
  • Strong ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
