WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the Manager, Community Programs and Events
  • Research, coordination and evaluation of special programs and projects, with a strong focus on supporting AMA’s upcoming centennial.
  • Implement project plans within deadlines and budget.
  • Source venues, products, and suppliers for programs and initiatives.
  • Use KPIs to evaluate the success of projects and programs.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships that help us deliver on programs that support our brand promise to treat people like practically family.
  • Reporting, data, and inventory management to support fiscal responsibility.
  • Help lead project teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work with Corporate Purpose leadership team to understand and deliver on the vision for AMA’s centennial.
  • Coordinate working groups to deliver on various province-wide initiatives related to the centennial.


WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have post-secondary education in program delivery, event management, public relations or a related field.
  • You have a minimum four years of experience in program planning and administration.
  • Project management experience a definite asset.
