As an Operations Technology Analyst, you analyze the technological needs of the company's infrastructures. You cover more specifically the technological aspects and you also consider the security and telecommunications aspects while respecting the stability of the operating services and the standards, guides and standards of the company and operations architecture.


You work on projects for which you provide expertise in technology exploitation from a perspective of performance, robustness, evolution, succession, security and compliance with frameworks. You are called upon to document the details of the infrastructure elements making up the solution, to assess the impact of the project on the systems, on the links and to ensure that the tools and rules are put in place to meet the functional need of the operation.


A good knowledge of technologies is an essential skill. You exercise an advisory role with projects and the various stakeholders in terms of integration and docking, requiring knowing how to communicate effectively and demonstrating an understanding of the needs of the various interlocutors.


Desired profile

  • DEC in an appropriate discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

  • Good knowledge of VMware and/or Windows and/or Linux and/or SQL Server and/or Oracle

À titre d’analyste technologique d'exploitation, vous réalisez l’analyse des besoins technologiques des infrastructures de l’entreprise. Vous couvrez plus spécifiquement les aspects technologiques et vous considérez également les aspects sécurité et télécommunication en respectant la stabilité des services d’exploitation et les normes, guides et les standards d’architecture de l’entreprise et de l’exploitation.


Vous travaillez sur des projets pour lesquels vous fournissez une expertise en matière d’exploitation des technologies dans une perspective de performance, de robustesse, d’évolution, de relève, de sécurité et de respect des encadrements. Vous êtes appelés à documenter le détail des éléments d'infrastructure composant la solution, à évaluer l'impact du projet sur les systèmes, sur les liens et à vous assurer que les outils et les règles sont mis en place pour répondre au besoin fonctionnel de l'exploitation.


Une bonne connaissance des technologies est une compétence essentielle. Vous exercez un rôle-conseil auprès des projets et des divers intervenants en matière d’intégration et d’arrimage, requérant de savoir communiquer de manière efficace et de démontrer une compréhension des besoins des différents interlocuteurs.
