Position Overview: This Service parts repair Coordinator role is essential in supporting the Service Repair Center (SRC) by ensuring the availability of defective service parts with 100% accuracy. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and managing the defective inventory, which is crucial for meeting operational goals and maintaining high service levels. By ensuring that defective products are properly tracked and managed, the Service Parts Repair Coordinator directly contributes to the smooth functioning of the repair process and the overall efficiency of the service parts supply chain.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our Richmond Hill, ON. location. Applicants must be able to participate in rotation shifts between the hours of 8AM-8PM, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Organize/move and relocate defective service parts in service area.
- To Pick defective parts from Depot shelf against Depot repair order/pick slip.
- To issue the defective parts in JDE against repair orders.
- Review daily Service parts Depot inventory Report and process parts in timely manner.
- Timely and accurate completion of processing returns from Customer, Depot and notification of potential issues to the appropriate parties.
- Solve problems as issues arrive, working with the Order Desk, Client relations, Buyers, and/or Administration in order to resolve effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through communication.
- Staff is responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen Quality Management System.
- Other projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in Warehouse environment or Reverse Logistics.
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Forklift license preferred or willing to learn and drive Forklift (Raymond Reach Reverse Steering) & Cherry picker
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, telephone, and email etiquette.
- Data driven individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with tight timelines.
- Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs.
- Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset.
