Role Accountabilities:
  1. Client relations
  2. Assign/coordinate responsibilities and duties of engineers and technologists
  3. Project budgeting, project billing, assignment, review and approval on all project-related expenditures, cost estimates and employee time
  4. Complete/review preliminary and detailed designs/drawings
  5. Complete/review progress claims
  6. Coordinate drafting and design schedules for projects
  7. Ensure that maintenance program is active for CCC/FAC
  8. Complete/review proposals
  9. Problem solving of design and construction issues
  10. Responsible for the overall management of 1-2 projects
  11. Responsible for the supervision, mentoring and coaching of 1 to 5 staff members
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in land development engineering.
  2. Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities
  3. Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects
  4. Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma.
  5. Membership in good standing with ASET or APEGA
  6. Have the professional designation of P.Eng or CET
