Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional service to guests in the Restaurant and Lobby Lounge.
  2. Demonstrate creativity and commitment to service excellence.
  3. Proactively meet service expectations with genuine care and attention to detail.
  4. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in food service.
  6. Assist in the smooth operation of the assigned section.
  7. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  8. Support other Food & Beverage colleagues as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury brand or fine dining service.
  2. Current SmartServe and In Good Hands certification.
  3. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  5. Must be eligible to work in Canada.
