Position Overview:

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking an experienced ERP Programmer / Technical Analyst - Level 2 to support, enhance, and maintain Enterprise Finance applications. This role involves working with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle APEX, and other custom applications within the Design and Delivery Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical development, troubleshooting, and operational support of these enterprise applications, ensuring their stability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for Oracle E-Business Suite (Financial Management System), Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle APEX applications.
  • Analyze, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations for Enterprise Finance applications.
  • Support key Oracle E-Business Suite modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, iExpenses, and more.
  • Develop reports, workflows, and integrations using BI Publisher (XML), Oracle Reports, Blitz Reports, APEX, and other Oracle tools.
  • Support Oracle Internet Directory for LDAP integration with Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Provide administration and performance tuning for Hyperion's Planning, Financial Management, and Reporting modules.
  • Plan and implement patching and upgrades for Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, and related databases.
  • Collaborate with OCIO teams (Operations, DBA, Security) to ensure application security and performance.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in modernizing legacy systems by designing and developing applications in Oracle APEX.
  • Work closely with business users to support and enhance existing solutions.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Engage with Oracle Support for issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (on-premises), Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle APEX.
  • Experience with customization, scripting, and administration of Oracle Financial applications.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Blitz Reports, and workflow development.
  • Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with LDAP integration (Oracle Internet Directory) and OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a structured environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
