L'analyste en infrastructure a pour mission de collaborer et complémenter le rôle d'architecte dans les fonctions de design détaillé, documentation et support aux Opérations. L'analyste sera appelé(e) à travailler en duo avec l’architecte principal et travaillera avec l’équipe TI interne, l’impartiteur opérationnel, les différents départements de PharmaSciences (tel que Finances, GOPS, QA, Laboratoires, Ventesetc), ainsi qu’avec des fournisseurs externes divers.

TÂCHES & RESPONSABILITÉS:

  1. Conception et développement :
    • réseau
    • systèmes de stockage
    • virtualisation (Vmware/Citrix/VDI)

    • Informatique production (OT)
    • Cloud IaaS, PaaS (Azure, AWS)
    • Logicielle
    Élaborer des solutions d’infrastructure TI robustes et évolutives en collaboration avec l’architecte principal. Participer à la planification et à la conception des architectures. Assurer l’intégration des nouvelles technologies dans l’infrastructure existante.
  2. Documentation technique :
  • Rédiger et maintenir une documentation technique détaillée, en conformité avec les contraintes GxP.
  • Créer des guides d’installation, des manuels d’utilisateur et des procédures opérationnelles standard.
  • Documenter les configurations système et les modifications apportées aux infrastructures.
Analyse des besoins :
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les exigences techniques et fonctionnelles.
  • Effectuer des analyses de faisabilité et des évaluations des risques pour les nouvelles solutions.
  • Proposer des améliorations et des optimisations des infrastructures existantes.
Support et maintenance :
  • Assurer le support et la maintenance des solutions d’infrastructure mises en place.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à l’infrastructure.
  • Participer aux activités de gestion des incidents et des changements.
  • Faire évoluer les technologies/Solutions en place.
Veille technologique :
  • Se tenir informé des nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques en matière d’infrastructure TI et de cybersécurité.
  • Participer à des formations et des conférences pour maintenir ses compétences à jour.
  • Partager les connaissances acquises avec l’équipe et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus.

Habiletés, connaissances & aptitudes:

  1. Expérience :
  • 5 ans d’expérience en infrastructure TI, idéalement dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques et la coordination avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la fabrication.
Compétences techniques :
  • Connaissance des environnements Citrix, VMware, Aruba, Veeam, Cisco, Fortinet, Intunes, Office365/EntraID, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft SQL server.
  • Bonne expérience en cybersécurité, incluant la mise en œuvre de mesures de protection et la gestion des vulnérabilités.
  • Compétences en scripting et en automatisation des tâches (PowerShell).
Documentation :
  • Expérience significative dans la rédaction de documentation technique et la conformité aux contraintes GxP.
  • Capacité à produire des documents clairs, précis et accessibles aux utilisateurs techniques et non techniques.
Formation :
  • Diplôme en informatique, en génie informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Certifications pertinentes (ex. : CCNA, VCP, CISM) sont un atout.
Compétences interpersonnelles :
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Aptitude à expliquer des concepts techniques complexes de manière compréhensible.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément.
Adaptabilité :
  • Capacité à s’adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies et aux changements dans l’environnement de travail.
  • Esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
Experience
  • 5 an(s) : Expérience en infrastructure TI, idéalement dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
