Infrastructure Analyst position to complement the role of architect in detailed design, documentation and Operations support functions.

The Infrastructure Analyst will work in tandem with the Principal Architect and will work with the internal IT team, the Operational Outsourcer, the various departments of PharmaSciences (such as Finance, GOPS, QA, Laboratories, Sales,...), as well as with various external vendors.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and development : Develop robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the Lead Architect. Participate in the planning and design of architectures network Storage Systems virtualization (Vmware/Citrix/VDI) wireless IT Production (OT) Cloud IaaS, PaaS (Azure, AWS) Software Ensure the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure. Documentation technique : Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, in compliance with GxP constraints. Create installation guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures. Document system configurations and infrastructure changes. Needs analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements. Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments for new solutions. Propose improvements and optimizations to existing infrastructure. Support and maintenance : Provide support and maintenance for the infrastructure solutions implemented. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure. Participate in incident and change management activities. Evolve existing technologies/solutions. Technology watch : Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Participate in training and conferences to keep your skills up to date. Share the knowledge gained with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Experience : 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, ideally in the pharmaceutical field. Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Manufacturing experience Technical skills : Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Aruba, Veeam, Cisco, Fortinet, Intunes, Office365/EntraID, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft SQL server. Good experience in cybersecurity, including the implementation of safeguards and vulnerability management. Skills in scripting and task automation (PowerShell) Documentation : Significant experience in writing technical documentation and compliance with GxP constraints. Ability to produce documents that are clear, accurate, and accessible to technical and non-technical users. Formation : Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, CISM) are an asset. Interpersonal skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Adaptability : Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changes in the work environment. Initiative and ability to work independently.
