Lafuhqe is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards before they reach the market. You will monitor and evaluate every step of the production process to ensure that our customers receive the safest and highest-quality products possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products to ensure they meet internal and external standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements for safety and quality.
  • Perform routine inspections of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate product defects or non-compliance issues and work with production teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with product development and production teams to implement improvements in processes and materials.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures, protocols, and training materials.
  • Review packaging and labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee product testing, ensuring the proper documentation of all tests performed.
  • Act as a liaison between production and management to communicate any quality-related concerns or updates.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, especially with regard to feminine hygiene product safety.
  • Provide training to production staff on quality control processes and procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the feminine hygiene, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for consumer products.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies such as ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to ensuring product quality.
  • Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey quality requirements clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality assurance for all-natural or eco-friendly products is an asset.
  • Familiarity with testing methods and equipment related to personal care or hygiene products.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring consumer safety and satisfaction.
