Here is what you will be doing each day:
As a Prep Cook, you will be working with our Culinary team to ensure consistent high quality food and customer service is delivered. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of cold food items for the line, pantry and/or production area of the main kitchen. You are also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining proper pars of production level estimates, ensuring leftovers are used and properly stored, maintaining the cleanliness and order of refrigerators and work areas, ensuring proper food rotation, assisting with the set-up and breakdown of buffets, and correctly filling out production charts.
