Working closely with the Senior Director Program Services, this position ensures that services are delivered in compliance with agency policies and procedures. The Director, Clinical Services and Complex Care participates in community initiatives and agency wide projects. This role assumes shared responsibility for all program areas in the Senior Director, Program Services' absence. How you will contribute: Directly supervise the Program Services managers of Social Work & Clinical and Complex Care Services. Provide staff with direction, coaching and training in supervision related processes including formal, informal, developmental, disciplinary and performance appraisals Responsible for delivering in service clinical training sessions across the agency and in the community as required. Responsible for leading the trauma-informed practice and ensuring its application across the agency Participate in the identification of service gaps and the development of new initiatives to address service gaps Responsible for monitoring program services in accordance with established outcome measures and key performance indicators Provide input into the development of the program goals, objectives, policies, long range planning, strategies for future development Attend to community relations and partnerships in relation to program services Review responses to critical incidents and emergency procedures Oversee preparation and maintain related budget activity Represent the agency at public functions and activities as assigned Compensation: The successful candidate can expect a starting salary of between $95,000.00 and $130,000.00, depending on factors such as internally equity, experience, competencies, and education.
