Sail Point Developer:

Job Description:

• The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity IQ and SailPoint Lifecycle Manager (LCM) products with experience in developing workflows for user Lifecycle Management and Access Certification.

• Develop and configure connectors for data aggregation and provisioning/de-provisioning to connected applications.

• Experience with XML, SQL and a J2EE Application Server such as WebLogic, Tomcat.

• Must have advanced skill executing code using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, XML, BeanShell, Log4j customizations etc.

• Experience coding SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Handled IIQ deployments in on-prem and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP related directory services.

• Experience working with SAP R3 RFC calls.

• Grounded knowledge on leveraging SailPoint APIs.

• Experience developing custom connectors to support in-house business applications.

• Deep understanding of access governance principles and adherence to regulatory compliance policies.

• Deep understanding of SailPoint provided certification configuration options and hands-on experience standing-up access reviews.

• Experience in SailPoint LCM and Provisioning modules - on-prem and cloud integrations.

• Ability to architect and define role engineering and Segregation of Duties policies.

• Able to comprehend custom product integrations scope and provide critically evaluate design options to leadership.

• Provide technical solution to enhance existing systems by analyzing project objectives, preparing an technical plan to design and develop the solution.

• Provide Technical guidance to project team


Skills Required

• Desired knowledge, skills and abilities for this position include, project management expertise with implementations in a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Familiarity in network account security, compliance and access best practices.

• Experience with web services security solutions and application integration concepts, Familiarity with Governance and Compliance issues and solutions as it relates to Identity Management.

• Understanding and assist in designing IAM solutions for heterogeneous environments and systems.

• Working knowledge of a broad range of current security appliances, tools, and applications and security methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical information.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Must be able to work shifts to support and resolve security needs.

• Expertise in deploying, customizing, and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ for IAM solutions.

• Proficiency for extending and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ functionalities is required.

• A deep understanding of identity governance, provisioning, compliance reporting, and access request workflows in SailPoint.

• Skills in integrating SailPoint with various directories, databases, applications and ability to manage and query SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge in scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.
