Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relationship Manager in the Vancouver, British Columbia area. The Sales & Customer Relationship Manager will focus on generating new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role includes creating strategic proposals, delivering impactful presentations, and fostering client trust throughout the customer journey. The position offers a competitive fixed and variable compensation package based on proven sales achievements.
Sales and Relationship Management
- Cultivate a culture of inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
- Build lasting relationships through attentive listening, clear communication, and trust.
- Conduct lead generation and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Write compelling proposals, create tailored presentations, and develop client-specific solutions.
- Establish multi-level contacts within client organizations and industry associations.
- Lead internal and external communication to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunity progress in CRM.
Customer Success and Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key clients.
- Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with operations and service teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Develop tailored customer success plans to maintain high service standards and long-term client retention.
- Manage post-sale client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and ongoing value.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a client-first mindset.
Strategic Planning and Event Management
- Develop winning strategies for client engagement, relationship management, and competitive bidding.
- Assist with long-term territory and industry growth planning.
- Plan and execute client events, including site tours and industry networking engagements.
- Prepare reports summarizing year-to-date achievements and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven success in a results-driven sales role with uncapped commission potential.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in the real estate/property management industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
