Our public client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager and Training Lead (EAM Maximo) to develop and execute change management strategies and training programs to support IBM Maximo, EAM software upgrade


Note: Hybrid model. 3 days in the office / Marine Drive, Vancouver, 1 year contract, possibility of extension.


This role will be part of a larger EAM development team and will work closely with third-party trainers and consultants to ensure smooth user adoption and training execution.



Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, training, or a related role, preferably in software implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management for large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR model).
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including instructional design and facilitation.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MIRO)
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience with IBM Maximo (direct or indirect project implementation experience)
