The Role
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing excellence by creating compelling and targeted content that supports both lead generation and retention efforts across the marketing funnel. You will craft engaging copy that resonates with our audience, strengthens our brand voice, and aligns with business objectives. Collaborating with different teams, you will ensure that all written materials are consistent, SEO-optimized, and tailored to various platforms and customer segments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with Head of Marketing, to craft marketing messages across marketing channels and mediums; social media/emails, whitepapers, infographics, collateral and website copy.
- Adapt and/or develop original, and effective marketing and advertising copy for all marketing channels, while adhering to the established brand tone.
- Write additional content to meet spontaneous marketing channel needs in response to market and sales trends.
- Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
- Channel management of digital content hubs, primarily our public websites.
- Liaise with our analytics team to measure and optimize our content on a regular and ongoing basis. Measure each content initiative, track progress, and report those results to the larger marketing team.
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
- Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Education: University degree in writing, communication, or a related field
- Experience: 4-5 year’s experience with a proven portfolio of content deliverables across channels, including: email, website copy, internal resources, and marketing collateral
- Impeccable command of English language, including grammar, spelling, and usage.
- Track record of success in a B2B marketing role
- Online portfolio with recent work samples
- Experience writing about financial services or technology is a plus
- Ability to translate complex research into external facing messaging across channels

Rôle
À titre de spécialiste de contenu/rédacteur(-trice), vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la promotion de l’excellence en marketing en créant des contenus convaincants et ciblés qui soutiennent les efforts de génération de prospects et de fidélisation dans l’entonnoir marketing. Vous rédigez des textes accrocheurs qui trouvent un écho auprès de notre public, renforcent la voix de notre marque et sont en phase avec les objectifs de l’entreprise. En collaboration avec différentes équipes, vous veillez à ce que tous les documents écrits soient cohérents, optimisés pour le référencement et adaptés aux différentes plateformes et aux différents segments de clientèle.
Principales responsabilités :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le(la) directeur(-trice) du marketing pour élaborer des messages destinés aux circuits commerciaux, aux médias et aux réseaux sociaux; des courriels, des livres blancs, des infographies, des documents connexes et des textes de site Web.
- Créer des textes de marketing et publicitaires originaux et efficaces pour tous les canaux de marketing ou en adapter, tout en respectant le ton établi de la marque.
- Rédiger d’autres contenus pour répondre aux besoins spontanés des circuits commerciaux en fonction de l’évolution du marché et des ventes.
- Création et gestion du calendrier éditorial et des flux de travail de l’organisation.
- Gestion du circuit des plateformes de contenu numérique, principalement nos sites Web publics.
- Assurer la liaison avec notre équipe d’analystes pour mesurer et optimiser notre contenu de manière régulière et continue; mesurer chaque initiative de contenu, suivre les progrès réalisés et faire rapport des résultats à l’ensemble de l’équipe marketing.
- Sur le plan des exigences éditoriales : comprendre les concepts de base en matière de référencement, la catégorisation et la structure du contenu et le développement, la distribution et la mesure du contenu.
- Développer la gouvernance éditoriale afin que le contenu soit cohérent avec la voix, le style et le ton de notre marque.

Expérience, compétences et aptitudes clés
- Scolarité : diplôme universitaire en rédaction, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience : quatre (4) à cinq (5) ans et un portefeuille de contenu pour l’ensemble des circuits, notamment des courriels, des textes de site Web, des textes destinés aux ressources internes et des documents publicitaires
- Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais, y compris de la grammaire, de l’orthographe et de l’usage
- Excellente feuille de route dans un poste de marketing interentreprises (B2B)
- Portefeuille en ligne contenant des exemples de travaux récents
- Expérience de la rédaction d’articles sur les services financiers ou la technologie (atout)
- Capacité à traduire des recherches complexes en messages destinés à l’extérieur et diffusés dans l’ensemble des circuits
