Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to meet company goals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and email campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

Create strategic plans for upcoming months and holidays to align with business goals.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize outcomes.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of handling budgets of $1,000+ per day focused on conversion optimization.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and measure campaign effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with digital marketing partners and influencers.

Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Post daily stories and updates about sales and specials to drive visibility and engagement.

Increase follower engagement and growth across social media platforms.

Respond to follower inquiries and comments promptly and professionally.

Connect with influencers to drive store traffic and enhance brand visibility.

Design/Edit:

Design and update promotional flyers, graphics, and static posts for sales and deals.

Create and edit videos and reels for various marketing initiatives.

Handle any additional design or graphic needs as required.

Content Collection:

Take high-quality photos and videos to be used in marketing materials and social media content.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Preferable skills like Snapchat/ TikTok/ Taboola Ads/ Instagram/ Facebook

· Email marketing/ SMS Marketing Experience pre-requisite

· E-commerce Management experience
