focusing on creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage our
customers and drive sales. This role combines creative communication skills with analytical
abilities to develop targeted email strategies that enhance customer loyalty, increase brand
awareness, and contribute significantly to our overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution,
ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
Segmentation and Personalization:
Utilize customer data to segment email lists and personalize content, maximizing
engagement and conversion rates. Experience with Klaviyo is preferred.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns
for improved effectiveness and ROI.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and
visuals that resonate with our target audience.
List Management:
Oversee the maintenance and growth of the email list, ensuring compliance with spam
regulations and best practices
Automation and Workflow:
Implement and refine email automation workflows to enhance customer engagement
and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated
marketing strategy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Experience with Klaviyo is preferred
and marketing automation technology.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and
persuasive email content.
- Proficient in analytics and performance tracking tools, with the capability to translate data
into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
