Our client is looking for a SR IFS Functional Consultant with various module experience to support with ERP implementation experience.


Duration: 3, 6, or 9 months (full-time or part-time hours options)


Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in IFS modules to support a critical implementation project for our professional services client. This role focuses on configuring, implementing, and optimizing IFS solutions in manufacturing and maintenance environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional background, excellent client engagement skills, and deep knowledge of ERP systems, particularly IFS.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Manufacturing, Service & Maintenance, Finance, Projects, and/or Supply Chain modules.
  • Analyze client operations to recommend and implement solutions that optimize processes and align with business goals.
  • Tailor IFS modules to meet the unique requirements of manufacturing and maintenance functions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their system needs and operational pain points.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation to ensure clients maximize the value of IFS modules.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and enhance functionality.
  • Deliver ongoing support for IFS systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations post-implementation.
  • Monitor and refine configurations to adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project satisfaction.

  • Expert knowledge in IFS implementation projects
  • ERP implementations as a Techno- functional consultant and/ or Solution architect
  • Expertise in at least two of the following IFS modules: Manufacturing, Service & Maintenance, Finance, Projects, or Supply Chain.
