Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du bist für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen unseres Campaign Management-Teams verantwortlich.
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team betreust Du die technischen Abläufe rund um Werbemittel, Kampagnensetup und Performance-Optimierung.
  • Du bist im engen Austausch mit unseren Dienstleistern und sorgst für eine stetige Weiterentwicklung der von uns eingesetzten Tools.
  • In unserer DSP konfigurierst Du Werbekampagnen und trägst aktiv zu ihrer optimalen Performance bei.
  • Qualitätssicherung und Troubleshooting unserer Kampagnen und Werbemittel auf technischer Ebene liegen ebenfalls in Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Mit Deinem technischen Know-how identifizierst Du Optimierungspotentiale unserer Technologien und trägst mit Deinen Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Workflows bei.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast Wirtschaft, Marketing oder ein ähnliches Fach studiert oder bringst bereits Berufserfahrungen aus der Online Advertising-Branche mit.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Teamleitung und der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Als Führungspersönlichkeit steht sowohl die Fürsorge für Dein Team als auch dessen Entwicklung im Vordergrund.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist sehr kommunikativ und scheust Dich nicht, Deine eigenen Ideen aktiv einzubringen.
  • Mit Smartphones, Tablets und den Trends aus der mobilen Welt kennst Du Dich aus und verfolgst neue Entwicklungen mit Interesse.
  • Im Programmatic Advertising kennst Du Dich aus - OpenRTB, SSP, DSP, TCF, CPI, VAST und VPAID sind keine Fremdworte für Dich.
  • Eine analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Tools und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
